The camps will include a half-day session at each of the following historic sites located near the county government complex off Iron Bridge Road: Magnolia Grange Plantation house museum, the County Museum and historic Castlewood.

            The “Lord Chesterfield” Day Camps will offer a variety of activities typical of 19^th century plantation life in rural Chesterfield, including domestic chores and period children’s games as well as the life of a Civil War soldier, Colonial militia training, coal mining and railroad history, and archeology.
