Announcing “It List” Awards: The Sequel.
BOOMER ’s Second Annual “It List” Awards, presented in conjunction with WTVR-TV, CBS-6, will honor baby boomers who have that “it factor,” whether they be a teacher, public official, volunteer, entrepreneur or next-door neighbor. Readers, please tell us about anyone born from 1946 through 1964 who has touched your heart personally or made a difference in the community. They can be influential … innovative… or merely interesting.

The award winners will be chosen by a panel, then featured in BOOMER’s December – January issue and appear on Channel 6’s “Virginia This Morning” with host Cheryl Miller. They will also be honored at a banquet. Before Oct. 1, submit nominations (and qualifications)by mailing them to:
